JO INGHAM

I am a passionate and profit-focused Buying Director with a proven track record in UK and international markets. I hold a CISL qualification from Cambridge University and am an expert in sustainability, fashion trend identification, and scaling. I am adept at building high-performing, engaged teams. As an agile, resilient, and results-driven leader, I add exceptional value to both bricks and mortar and pure play organisations while driving substantial revenue growth.

Our journey didn’t begin with sustainability, it began in the heart of High Street Retail. Collectively, we bring 30+ years in Buying and Merchandising, having held Director and Manager roles across major UK and international brands, navigating bricks-and-mortar, global e-commerce, womenswear, accessories and childrenswear. After many years of witnessing the direct environmental impact of fast fashion decisions first-hand, we knew we couldn’t continue on the path we were on. We pivoted from our traditional industry roles, both studied Business Sustainability Management at Cambridge CISL and committed ourselves to becoming part of the solution.

I am an experienced Buying Manager with a rich background in omnichannel high street fashion. My expertise encompasses women's clothing, accessories, and childrenswear. I have a strong track record in product / brand development and relationship building, focusing on enhancing brand presence and ensuring competitive trading. I am passionate about driving growth in the evolving fashion retail landscape and committed to making fashion more sustainable.
